Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how we process your personal data when you sign up to be notified when Heeij opens. Heeij has not launched yet — at this point we only collect your email address via the signup on this page. When the app itself launches, it will get its own, expanded privacy policy.
1. Data controller

2. What information we collect
- Your email address, which you enter yourself when signing up.
- Technical information to a limited extent: when you visit the site, our subprocessors may process your IP address and browser information in standard server logs as part of delivering and securing the website.
We don't collect more information than necessary (data minimisation).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your email address in order to contact you about Heeij's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by signing up and confirming your subscription. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Processors and storage
We share your information with providers who process data on our behalf:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — handles the signup list and confirmation emails. Your data is stored within the EU. See Brevo's privacy policy.
We store your email address until you unsubscribe, or until the purpose of the signup is fulfilled (after launch), after which it is deleted.
5. Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to:
- access the information we process about you,
- have inaccurate information corrected,
- have your information erased,
- object to the processing and request restriction,
- receive your information in a structured format (data portability),
- at any time withdraw your consent.

6. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the emails you receive from us, or by contacting us. We'll then delete your email address from the list.
7. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we process your personal data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the update date at the top.
